Evening Stretch Routine
1. Child's Pose

Start in a kneeling position, then lower your hips back towards your heels while reaching your arms forward. Hold for 30 seconds, focusing on deep breathing.
2. Seated Forward Fold

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Lean forward from your hips, reaching towards your toes. Hold for 30 seconds while maintaining steady breaths.
3. Spinal Twist

Sit cross-legged and twist your upper body to one side, placing the opposite hand on the outer thigh for support. Hold for 20 seconds on each side, being mindful of your spine's rotation.
4. Butterfly Stretch

Sit on the floor, bring the soles of your feet together, and let your knees fall towards the ground. Gently press your knees down and hold for 30 seconds, focusing on releasing tension in the hips.
5. Legs Up the Wall

Lie on your back close to a wall and extend your legs vertically up the wall. Relax in this position for 1-2 minutes, allowing blood to flow back towards your heart and calming your mind.
Repeat this evening stretch routine regularly to unwind, release tension, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Remember, stretching with awareness can be a powerful tool in your self-care arsenal.
